18th meeting of the
North British Mathematical Physics Seminar
The eighteenth meeting of the North British Mathematical Physics
Seminar took place on Wednesday 20th June 2007 at the

of York. The meeting was held in the Department of
Mathematics,
Goodricke
College, with talks in room G/020,
and coffee and tea breaks in G/112,
next door to the maths department coffee room, on the first floor.

Practical Information

is in Goodricke College, building 24 on the campus
map. Here is the map
of car parks on campus. The taxi fare from the railway station is
around
£7. Buses are every 10 minutes -- you will need exact change of
£1.50 for your ticket. The station is on the
north-west side of York while the campus is about a mile and a half
south-east
of the city centre: the walk takes about 35 minutes.

We'll have lunch on campus (paying individually), at Wentworth College.
Limited funds are available to help with travel expenses of
those with no other source of funding, especially postgraduate students
and postdocs. Please book early to take advantage of the cheaper
advance-purchase train fares.
